Insul-Tek® ("Seller') warrants its preinsulated piping and components, products, under normal and proper use, for a period of one year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The Seller limits its obligation under this warranty, at Seller's election, to replacement of, or reimbursement of the purchase price of, such products which are deemed, to the satisfaction of the Seller, to have been defective at the time the Seller sold them. Seller must be notified in writing immediately of any such defect, specifying in reasonable detail the nature of such defect. SELLER NEITHER MAKES NOR SHALL BE BOUND BY ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. No warranty is given with respect to products improperly handled, installed or operated or products which have been damaged or misused. Under no circumstances will the Seller be liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential damage of any kind created through the use of its products. By way of specification but not limitation Seller shall not be liable for the cost of removal or reinstallation of such products. All technical advice, recommendations, and services are rendered by the Seller gratis. They are based upon technical data which the Seller believes to be accurate and are intended for use by persons having skill and knowledge at their discretion and risk. Seller makes no warranties regarding any such technical advice, recommendations or services.

Limitation of Liability
All other obligations and liabilities of Seller, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, are expressly EXCLUDED. In no event shall Seller be liable for any costs, expenses, or damages, whether direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, on any claim that product(s) are defective for an amount in excess of the price paid by Buyer for the product(s) plus return transportation charges prepaid.
