Using WinZip (free compression utility), "zip" your CAD drawing files, MS Word, Excel, or text documents into 1 file using the following naming convention using underscores to separate file segments: TODAY'S DATE_TYPE OF REQUEST_YOUR COMPANY NAME (ex: 07142003_BID_AAACONTRACTOR.zip)
