Insul-Tek® 400 HT Composite System utilizes non-metallic, non-corrosive protective casings of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) or High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). The fact that the outer casing is corrosion-proof means costly and ineffective cathodic protection systems are not required with this system.

Insul-Tek® 400 HT Composite Systemutilizes the most energy efficient and cost effective high temperature insulation system available today. Our composite system consists of standard high temperature insulation materials used in conjunction with polyurethane foam insulation. The three basic composite insulation systems available are: Inorganic cellular glass/polyurethane foam, Perlite/polyurethane foam and Calcium Silicate/polyurethane foam.
