Insul-Tek® HT Steel Conduit System features on outer conduit of 10 gauge smooth. wall spiral-weld steel with a 30 mil coating of our performance-proven hybrid urethane cooling. Our urethane coating is the toughest and most durable coating available with excellent resistance to both chemicals and cathodic disbondment.

Insul-Tek® HT Steel Conduit System is intended for use on applications with temperatures above 400° F, utilizing mineral wool or calcium silicate insulation depending on service conditions and customer preference.

The steel carrier pipe is supplied with insulated pipe supports at 10-Feet intervals. An air space is maintained between the insulation and the conduit casing to increase insulation efficiency as well as improve dryness and drainability of the piping system in the event it becomes wet.
